Just received my Vero 4K+ and I have an external drive with all of my films and tv shows attached and the unit plays.
Right now I just have a list, do I need a scraper to populate the images etc? Wil this then change the layout if I want to? Sorry for being a noob.
If you want all the metadata then you will need to setup sources and scrapers. Kodi will not move or rename your files. There is some flexibility to layout and file naming but it would be best to read through Kodi’s wiki to make sure your files are such that they can be identified correctly.
