Kodi starts with empty OSMC skin after August update

I updated my Vero 4K+, everything went fine, database migrated, I got a warning about incompatible addons, then I was taken to the default OSMC skin with just the OSMC logo on the top left, current time on the top right and nothing more.

I tried moving my .kodi folder and Kodi starts correctly, but I can’t find any particular error message in my log, so I’m not sure what’s causing it. I’d like to restore my old config, of course.
