Some recommended versions cannot be installed,nothing happens when clicking on them,are these versions not released (yet) ??
Try to add them manually
What do you mean exactly,all the other versions were installable by clicking on them 
The addons are supported, but can’t easily be installed by simply clicking on them because the maintainer hasn’t made them available through the Kodi repo. For further information and a possibility to ask the maintainer for help, see the respective Kodi forum thread: skin helper service

Have downloaded this zip file: script.skin.helper.service-1.1.39.zip but have yet to convince myself to install it (not sure if this is the right solution)
