Is it possible with the new Stretch to install an L2PT client to connect with a Synology nas?
Debian comes with ipsec-tools, which might give you what you want, though you’ll struggle to get support on this forum. Synology also supports OpenVPN, which is more widely understood, and pre-installed in the latest version of OSMC.
