Latest OSMC on Raspi 3 resets skin and everything to default why?

Hello,

today, it is the third time that OSMC has reset to default skin and vlues, why does this happen? It usually happens when my TV shuts down OSMC using HDMI CEC, and then it loses all setttings, and my confluence skin is gone and also reset to defaults. Really really annoying :frowning:

I believe there is a fix on way, with the next update.

Thanks, but why is it taking so long? I am having this problem for weeks now, is there a certain date when this will actually be fixed?

Because it’s not an easy fix and we are taking some stabs in the dark at fixing it.

I don’t know when this will be resolved
