LG Remote Control is not working

Hi there guys, I have OSMC on a RP1 for several months, but maybe after the last 3 updates my LG TV remote control stop working on OSMC… I don’t know why. Do you know how I can fix it?, thanks a lot. I’m using this image OSMC_TGT_rbp1_20160403.img.

Hi ActionA.

I have reset my TV but the same thing… none of my remote buttons work… If anybody has a raspberry model 1 connected to a LG TV model (47WL5300) and can send the remote.xml… of course if the TV remote control is working… please!..

Try a different HDMI cable.

Cec on LG TVs stopped working around the april update (when osmc updated libcec from version 3.0.1 to 3.1.0). An issue was filed on Pulse-Eight/libcec on Jan 24th. Short-term solution is to downgrade libcec to version 3.0.1, which works fine for me and others.
