The IR remote I use with the Vero 4K has a “power” button. I have used ~osmc/.kodi/userdata/keymaps/remote.xml to have that button do the Kodi action “Suspend” (global section).
The problem is that I want to “wake” the Vero 4K using the same key, and only that key. Right now, any key does it, which makes sense, because Kodi is just running a screensaver with the HDMI output turned off. The default keymap.xml doesn’t have a section like “screensaver”, so I assume this behavior is hard-wired into Kodi.
Any ideas on how to limit the keys that disable this OSMC-specific screensaver without affecting the real one?
