Loop boot on the Vero 4k + Very first boot?

Received it today got super excited plugged it all in and this is what I get help
Using the HDMI cable that came with it the power that came with it
There are two USB plugins I also ordered a USB power assist bar I haven’t plugged that in cuz I’m not sure which USB to plug it into the one that’s white or the one that’s black
