You are getting a lot of errors from addons (especially Upnext). I don’t know if it’s related but do you still get green screens if you disable them?

I can’t really tell which ones are active while you are playing a video. Maybe a python expert can explain all the messages you are getting from multiprocessing/pool.py.
Sorry to jump in on this slightly old post, but its all very relevant, I’m experiencing exactly the same issues as others above. I’m running the latest version of OSMC (2022.09-01).
Watching a video earlier, the Vero crashed and then instantly had green screens on several different videos.
