Made order 5 weeks ago, no confirmation email, number, or tracking

Hello,

I haven’t received an email from OSMC since June 8 so attempting to see if this helps.

i placed an order for a vero v on May 11 and never received a confirmation email. I sent an email the same day trying to get one, offering up the suggestion that perhaps i input my email incorrectly.

On May 20 i received a response claiming it has shipped and that I would receive tracking in a separate email. I never did. On June 8 i received an email from OSMC asking for the order number. I had to refer that the entire point of this entire email chain was that I’ve never received an order number.

I would like an order and tracking number and I’m more than happy to provide any identifying information in order to correct this. If this is not possible, i would like a refund.

I’ve received no evidence that my order has actually shipped, and if it has, it’s now been almost a month and has not arrived yet.

Hey Sam,

Thanks for the response. Just sent another email with my details. I want to confirm, I’m now being told that you all never received an order in the first place, after my credit card being charged, and after being told my order had shipped?

If you haven’t received an order confirmation or a shipping email then we haven’t shipped an order and likely haven’t received an order. I will pick the email up shortly.

After receiving additional information from you I was able to locate the payment which wasn’t processed automatically because the email differed.

This will be out for you with tracking shortly.

Hey Sam! I got your email. I’m guessing the original ticket is giving you the response because as i mentioned, i’m pretty sure i input my email address wrong in that original order which is why i sent you an email back on may 11. If you want me to dm you the email address i meant to use, lmk.
