I have a Vero 4K+ and it’s work great.
I would like to install OSMC on Mecool KM2.
Is it possible?
Will the image from vero match Mecool?
Mecool is very similar to Vero.

No - it’s a different device.
If you just want a media player that’s not Android then look at the JEOSes like LibreElec. You can always use the OSMC skin if you like that.

I haven’t paid attention to LibreELEC in quite a while, so my info may be out of date; but last time I checked, LibreELEC was aimed at Raspberry Pi and x86 platforms; a related project called CoreELEC was the better choice for an AmLogic device.
