Migrate from Windows Kodi to OSMC

Heyup,

Just got my OSMC up and running on my new pi3 and want to migrate from my windows HTPC to OSMC.

Along with this I am moving all my media to a new file server to the paths to all the media will change.

Is there a way for me to export and import my library or am I better starting a fresh and manually going through and making everything I have actually watched marked as “watched”?

You can export your library data to files. Google “kodi database export” for details.

It can also take across your watched status for each item.

But will it handle if the media location changes? I guess I import first, then add media locations and it will just work it out?
