Missing or corrupt rar file causes device to crash when scanning to library

Hi,
I’ve got some of my media in rar containers and when scanning those to the library my Vero4k+ Crashes if there is an error with or a rar file missing. I get that they can’t be added to the library but does it have to sadface-crash the device?
