MPG2 license problem

Hi, I am having a problem with my raspberry pi 3 with osmc. When I enter my MPG2 and WVC1 license the video starts bouncing (the gui starts opening and closing). If I turn off OMXplayer acceleration and MMAL this problem stops for all the videos except for the TV. Can someone help me? Is this a problem with the license or the configuration?

To get a better understanding of the problem you are experiencing we need more information from you. The best way to get this information is for you to upload some logs. You can learn more about how to submit a useful support request here.

Thanks for your understanding. We hope that we can help you get up and running again shortly.

I founded out that if I disconnect my dvb-t reciver everything works great. This is a strange problem. It’s possible that there is not enough current? I’m using the original raspberry power supply.

If you search “Fujitsu-Siemens DVB-T Mobile TV Tuner” in the page you can see.
I will post a log as soon as possible.

Yes.

How can I check?

What is the output spec on the power supply? Where are the logs? Did you try connecting the usb devices by using a self powered usb hub?

The output of the power supply is 2.5 A.
This is the log. http://paste.osmc.io/ifutugeleq
I have not a powered hub.

Does this command indicate that the codec is properly enabled?

vcgencmd codec_enabled MPG2

Yes, I can see the video. The problem is that if I plug the DVB-T reciever the GUI starts bouncing when I play a file. The GUI appears and disappears.
I don’t know how to show you. I can do a video.

arm_freq=850
gpu_mem_1024=255

I don’t know how these have been screwed around with but you are seriously underclocking your Pi3 and the gpu_mem_1024 should be 256.

These are probably contributing and the noobs install has probably got something to do with it. I would suggest a clean install without noobs. If you must have other distros available, I’d use a second sdcard for them.

Can I use the OSMC installer tool? Or just change the config?

To do what? Make a clean install? Of course.

I don’t how noobs handles config of the client systems or how to advise you to do so under noobs.

Ok, I am doing a clean install

Report output of “vcgencmd get_throttled” after you have had the issue.
A video may be useful.

I did a Clean Install and I can’t get a video output
Edit: Now is working

I did everything. The problem is not solved. This is the video.video_2017-01-07_16-48-12.rar (1.2 MB) . Which log do I need to upload?
The TV backend is Tvheadhend.

Fresh set just like you uploaded previously.

If the issue is resolved by removing the DVB-T then the most likely explanation is that you have insufficient power to supply the Pi and the DVB-T. This should be solved by using a self powered USB hub for connecting/powering the DVB-T.

I suggest you find a secondary method of powering your DVB-T.

I will try tomorrow. Now I have not the hub. Thank you for your help.
