Have been weighing up setting up OSMC with a shared mysql database hosted on my NAS.
Will there be any noticeable performance hit compared to running it on a class 10 sd card on the device itself?
Anything else I should consider as-well?
That’s what I do, if anything there is a performance gain.
Is there a ‘how to’ for using the mysql options from the NAS?
I also came across this guide if you want multi users. Not tried it yet but it looks promising
is there a way to do multi profile / user install on kodi like i linked to above? Look like it used to work but is not long maintained and was for version 13 of xbmc
