Multiple Vero Vs in the same house + OSMC remotes

Howdy folks.

I have 3 Vero V in the same house.

Presently we are using the OSMC remote in the main family room.

The other 2 rooms use CEC.

We are relying on CEC because I believe that only 1 OSMC remote can be paired in a local area.

CEC is great when it works, but is flaky.

I would love to have the ability to pair specific OSMC remotes with specific Vero V devices

Not so. As long as the remote you are pairing can ‘see’ only one Vero it will attach itself to that box only. Safest to turn off the other 2 Veros when you do the pairing.

I find coloured sticky labels help me remember which is which :stuck_out_tongue:

:joy: Everyone has their own method for distinguishing between OSMC remote controls. Here, it is a humble label printer—the kind often found in offices.
