From 3 days ago, my Vero 4K suddenly didn’t Boot.
I bought it on november 2017.
I tried to unplugged and re plugged without succes (direct electric connection or indirect connection is the same).
The cross lighting in the front keep red (with a slow glittering like a wave ) and nothing appear on my screan TV.
So, I’m sorry but I can’t sent you any print screen or event log extract.
We are so disappointed because we use it almost every day with my familly.
- Could I sent to you to make a checking ?
- How much it will be for a complete checking ?
- And how much will be transport cost for return to Switzerland form you location ?
Or maybe you have special price for 4K+ for your long hold customers
