Nope, not connected, fresh install.
Problem found, Pi = broken.
I picked up another model thats even more busted up (SDcard is connected with tape lmao) plugged it in with the same card. Insta-internet.

Ok I just got a new Pi 3 from Element 14, major difference in speed lol, I tried to connect it to my YAS-105 sound bar via bluetooth, it finds my soundbar and then I click “add with pin” but it never asks for a pin (which has to be 0000 according to the manual of my soundbar) and just says failed to connect it does seem to pair however but even if I reconnect it fails right away.
I also plugged in a dongle I bought from the Pi store, a ADJ Pro Bluetooth 4.0 dongle, which says on the box that it does audio for 60 meters so it should support A2DP but the same problem, tried adding without pin, fails instantly and does not pair, add with pin, asks for nothing, it does pair but says failed to connect.
Did you install the A2DP software from the testing forum?
Lol that might be the issue
sudo apt-get install alsa-utils right? or something else? the topic is extremely long.
Also do I need anything else to activate my dongle?
Edit: found it it was in the first post derp “wget http://paste.osmc.io/raw/qiyekuvafe -O- | sudo sh”
Pi crashed while installing though, or it just rebooted, no idea.
Works perfect with the UI and stereo video, no sound with DD5.1 or DTS.
Same results with on-board BT, expensive DJA pro dongle and cheap BT 3.0 dongle.
Any ideas?
Original Pi 3 Power Supply, installed the above script and set sound to ALSA.
Passthrough enabled, DD5.1 passthrough enabled and AC3 Transcode enabled for DTS
Set to 2.0 channels tried 5.1 as well, only works in PCM with passthrough disabled.
