My old head probably too old to understand how to update my library after FSTAB is configured corectly 
Could you give advice… Do I have to do that using SSH?
Or in the GUI of OSMC.
Nothing will have changed except pointing your sources to the local mountpoint (Root File System>mnt>Transmission). Library update is exactly the same through the gui.
