New Vero V keeps freezing. How to factory reset

We just received a new Vero V and set it up with Nimbus skin running POV and Trakt. The same set up we had on an Amazon Firestick. The Vero V is now freezing shortly after start up (I’ve had to unplug it and plug it back in again multiple times). I can see in the short time that I have access that the sytem info is saying 100% CPU usage. That can’t be good.

I want to do a factory reset and rebuild Kodi. Is there a CTRL-ALT-DELETE that I can do. Right now, all I see is the sad face and I’m getting frustrated.

Edit:

I managed to enable loggin in Kodi and I can see that CPU #0 #1 #2 and #3 are at 100%. CPU-Kodi fluctuates but it got up to 113% before freezing.

When I try to go to My OSMC to grab the logs I get the message that “MyOSMC service is currently unavailable.” It then freezes and goes back to the sad face loop

Sure. See Reinstalling OSMC - Vero V - OSMC

Let us know how you get on.

Sam

I reinstalled OSMC and it is now working. Very odd but glad to have a fix.

Glad to hear this is now working as expected.
If you had high CPU usage, it could have been a problematic add-on or even the database in an undesirable state.
