Yesterday I was in my sofa watching “Donnie Darko” and with 20 minutes to go, OSMC crashes (again… Since 19.1, OSMC crashes more and more…) and I can’t launch the end of the movie… When I go through the file menu, I see the mkv videos but I can’t launch them and I can’t launch any movie or series…
I put a second Vero today and same problem… I tested 2 Vero, same problem, 2 Synology Nas, same problem, I don’t understand…
Who has an idea?

To get a better understanding of the problem you are experiencing we need more information from you. The best way to get this information is for you to upload logs that demonstrate your problem. You can learn more about how to submit a useful support request here.
Depending on the used skin you have to set the settings-level to standard or higher, in summary:
enable debug logging at settings->system->logging
reboot the OSMC device twice(!)
reproduce the issue
upload the log set (all configs and logs!) either using the Log Uploader method within the My OSMC menu in the GUI or the ssh method invoking command grab-logs -A
publish the provided URL from the log set upload, here

I didn’t put a log because I didn’t think it was an OSMC problem but in fact it may be… When I want to add a scrapper (The Movie Database Python or TMDb TV Shows), the field remains empty… And when I go through “Files” to launch the movie, nothing… I see the mkv or avi file but the movie doesn’t start…
