Hi, I saw that NFSv4 support was added to OSMC on RPI in July update. What about VERO 4k Plus, does it come with NFSv4 as well?

why should it not? I use nfsv4 with the vero4k. But it is your Servers configuration and capability which will define if you can use nfsv4 or not.
From my experience, the NAS will have a higher load with NFS4
