A new problem: there is no sound coming out.

Maybe because you edited config.txt?

No audio device present but hdmi video snd_bcm2835

No need to reinstall, your problem comes from here #dtoverlay=vc4-kms-v3d,cma-512 #https://discourse.osmc.tv/t/howto-install-a-vnc-server-on-the-raspberry-pi-currently-not-working-on-the-pi-4/1517/472 dtoverlay=vc4-fkms-v3d,cma-512 The fkms seems not to provide any audio device.
