I have just updated my Vero5. Remote control has not been working since the reboot. I flashed the device with an older firmware - no change. I have replaced the remote’s battery and initiated pairing: blue light shines for a while, nothing changes. Interestingly, the RF remote is not shown in the System/Input/Peripherals menu alongside the CEC Adapter.

Is there a way to confirm the device is faulty? I can send it back to my local reseller.
