His log from an OOM issue shows he is on the same version of OSMC as reported in your log.
This is primarily why I suspect something else.

Should I use this hotfix?
There’s a workaround for problematic receivers and it should be in an update shortly. For now:
Go to My OSMC -> Updates -> Manual Controls
Enter vumilakacu
Press OKNow go to My OSMC -> Updates -> Manual Controls and check for updates again. Complete the updates.
Found out now that it’s a problem with the AV receiver itself. 4k Blu-ray player is now experiencing this same issue. Thanks to everyone who helped. Especially @pinn73!
