No video when I turn TV on sometimes

Usually I just ssh in and reboot, which solves it, but I’d like to know if it can be prevented. I can switch to different TV input and it’s fine, which rules out the TV, I think. And I can use the same hdmi cable for another device, which rules that out, too?

Try enabling HPD lock under Settings -> Display.
Reboot, and make sure TV / AVR is on before Vero 4K the first time.
