I have an open support request and responded to your question
Its a cat5e cable and have tried another cable without any luck. Is there any know issues with cabling? The usb dongle works fine with the current network cable.
I know some Cat7 cables have caused problems in the past, 5e should be fine

The PHY is found and active in the log.
If a reinstall fails, then open a support request and we will take care of it
