Not booting after March update

Hi!
All was good yesterday after new update, but during evening I have noticed on router there is no active LED on that port.
It turns out Pi will now stuck on this message possibly caused by power outage:

switch_root: can’t execute ‘/sbin/splash_early’: Not a directory

It’s likely the power outage has caused some corruption of your SD card. You can try fscking it in a PC, but we already try that at boot, so you may need to reinstall.
