So I have a 4k mkv file which I’m trying to play via Plex but I’m getting this error:
“Not enough CPU for conversion of this item. Neither direct play nor conversion is available”.
On plex server side this log messaged pops up:
[Transcode] MDE: Cannot direct stream audio stream due to codec dca when profile only allows aac
I have Vero 4k plugged into my Onkyo NR6100 receiver. I’ve been using 1080p mkv files with DTS and DTS-HD Master for a long time with no issues but this is my first attempt at 4k.
