(Occasional) stutter

Hi,

I have used the Vero 4K+ for a few weeks no and it is not working properly. I am experiencing stutter while watching (some) mkv movies and series (from a Synology NAS and with local storage). The stutter is present with 1080p and 4K HDR files. I have a Panasonic 65-FZ804 OLED and a Marantz 7012 receiver.

The funny thing is the stutter is not present while using OSD (or debug info). Just like in this thread I found:

I am using a 1080P GUI, the lastest OSMC, automatic frame rate detection (start stop) and the stutter is present in different resolutions and with sync framerate tot display ON and OFF. I don’t know what else to do and it is ruining the experience a bit. I hope you can help me out.

To get a better understanding of the problem you are experiencing we need more information from you. The best way to get this information is for you to upload logs that demonstrate your problem. You can learn more about how to submit a useful support request here.

Depending on the used skin you have to set the settings-level to standard or higher, in summary:

enable debug logging at settings->system->logging
reboot the OSMC device
reproduce the issue
upload the log set either using the Log Uploader method within the My OSMC menu in the GUI or the ssh method invoking command grab-logs -A
publish the provided URL from the log set upload, here
