Upon setting up a new build to the way I like it, when going to change the skins, there is usually a ‘get more’ button that directs you to a list of available skins to download. This ‘get more’ button is gone. Do I need to get the skin from somewhere else? Was it an oversight by the devs? Or was it intentional to leave that off? I’ve tried downloading a skin onto a usb and installing from a zip, but that gives me dependency errors. Any help would be appreciated. I can’t seem to find any info on this. I’m trying to get the mimic skin if that helps.
I believe I’ve figured it out. I searched under the addons tab within settings, then install from repository, then all repositories, followed by look and feel, then skins. Once the skin has been downloaded, it now appears in the list on the settings tab. And consequently, the ‘get more’ button has reappeared after downloading the skin. This has caused me a bit of frustration over the past several weeks, so I’ll leave this here in hopes that It may help someone else.
I agree entirely that the removal of the “Get More” button is frustrating. It is not at all obvious to a new user where you should go to find new skins. This seems to be a deliberate change in Jarvis as far as I’m aware.
Brand new to OSMC… just finished my first installation and wasted 30 minutes trying to figure out how to get Arctic Zephyr on it, before finding this thread.
I’m not sure at all what the Jarvis developers are trying to improve by getting rid of the ‘Get More’ button.
It might be a bug - I’ve just noticed that if I go to Settings->Addons->Install from Repository it starts updating addons, and if I then back out of that even without installing anything and go back to Settings->Skins the Get More button is then present. We’re looking into this.

Just did the same thing, sat through a ton of ‘updating Bulgarian add-on’ type updates and then had the ‘Get More’ option appear.
While we’re on the subject… is there any reason why I can’t find Arctic Zephyr in the list?
It should be bundled in the official Kodi repository AFAIK.
Answered my own question… looks like it’s been temporarily removed from the repository until some Jarvis upgrade issues are resolved.
Downloaded The newest version and now i can’t seem to add new skins. The alternative get more doesn’t show up. I can’t add music scrapers or anything. I get an ipadress so The internet connetion should be ok. Any ideas?
Had the same here after fresh install, the add more button was not visible.
I added skin via Add-ons → Install from Repo → Look and Feel → Skins.
After some time the button magically came back 
Got it now. Can’t find the Aeon MQ5 skin 
Might have to check on a Jarvis updated version like GitHub - scott967/Aeon_MQ5_Mod_Jarvis: Mod of Kodi Aeon MQ5 for Jarvis (16.+)
