I’m trying to run a Java application, Soundseeder, on my Raspberry Pi 3 running OSMC. Unfortunately, it seems Soundseeder doesn’t work with Open JDK and instead needs Oracle Java. Until this spring, this wasn’t a problem. But then Oracle pulled Java from being freely available, I understand.

Is there a way to find and install the old oracle-java7-jdk package? Or some other way to get Soundseeder to work?

The new license permits certain uses, such as personal use and development use, at no cost – but other uses authorized under prior Oracle Java licenses may no longer be available.
