I ordered a Vero V and a USB hub on 09.7. I see that I entered the wrong reference in the bank transfer and paid in euros. No question, the mistake is mine.
As i see it, i took the account number as a reference…how stupid of me
But unfortunately I have not received an answer to my e-mail about the status of the order. Is there someone responsible here in the forum who can help? I can gladly send a screenshot of the bank. Thank you, Anke.
Once we receive the payment on our end, I’ll get back to you and amend the order. It won’t be a problem. I can check to see if it has already been received tomorrow.
