Oscam is just a card server. You need a legally purchased smart cam to watch premium streams.

I case you can live with a version not compiled by yourself ;-), you can download a prebuilt one here:
http://download.oscam.cc/index.php?&direction=0&order=mod&directory=1.20_TRUNK/Raspberry
You only have to do an “apt-get install libusb-1.0-0” to have the necessary lib, save the binary in /usr/local/bin, and put your config files in /usr/local/etc.
