I am trying to get DVB-T to work on my Pi3 with OSMC, but every time I try to install tvheadend, I
get the message "
E: Unable to locate package tvheadend
"
apt-get update brings me to "
W: Failed to fetch http://dl.bintray.com/tvheadend/deb/dists/jessie/unstable/binary-armhf/Packages 403 Forbidden [IP: 159.122.18.156 80]
E: Some index files failed to download. They have been ignored, or old ones used instead.

What can I do?

Never heard of this repository before. You should be contacting whomever you got that repository URL from, as it’s clearly an issue with that server.
You can also install TVHeadend via the OSMC App Store.
I get an install error then 
With the App Store version after removing that repository?
I reinstalkled OSMC, and now it worked.
Havent managed to scan fpr DVB channels yet though…
Any tipps how to set it up from scratch?
