Yes, go and try! I had it installed for tests. As Kodi has its http port configured to 8080, you should have no problems reaching your additional Server on 80. But you could also hack yourself into configuring Apache to save resources. What are you planing to achive?
I think i read in some thread that Kodi now runs on port 80
