I have same issue like V1500 - sometime I can see only Realtek tuner (before tvheadend reinstallation), but if I saw all tuners, I cannot find any services on frequency 554 MHz (which is in Czech republik used for DVB-T2 with HEVC services in SD quality)
Panasonic tuner found only DVB-T services and can´t play these services.
Realtek tuner found all DVB-T services and can play only SD services - HD is not working

Make sure OSMC is up to date.
Can you let me know your OSMC order #? We pushed a late firmware update for the OSMC tuner.

It is a new installation from your new SD card and now is there testing version of TVheadend 4.2.4
