OSMC ignores Subtitle resizing and other changes

Apparently any change to the subtitles’ size doesn’t work: when I change it in the menu it doesn’t affect the size of the font.

I’m running Leia on RPI first gen, estuary skin with just Watchdog and MyOSMC addons installed.

Can anybody help me sorting this out?

Edit:
OK, I managed to change the size by downloading a new subtitle instead of the one that came with the video.
Strangely, however, I had to reload the subtitles every time I change something in order to apply new changes like new color and size.

That’s probably a limitation of Kodi at this time.

I see, thank you. It was a bit weird: every change applied to the subs didn’t make any difference to see then all of them applied at once when I reloaded them.
