It would be nice if the OSMC installer, could restore sd-card back to “normal” 
I still have the Raspbmc installer, just because it’s very easy with that program, vs all others.
gparted in vmware, or parted magic, etc.
I think most people are using the formatter from the SD foundation these days.
All the restore for formatting option did was zero out the partition table so that Windows could see the full capacity.
I can add it to a new installer
