Does the OSMC remote work with Chromecast with Google TV?
I think the answer is maybe. I believe that device does not have any extra USB ports so you would have to find a suitable hub that would pass through power to the chromecast and allow you to plug in the dongle for the OSMC remote. At that point it should just be seen as if it was a keyboard plugged in. The Chromecast would not work with this remote without the dongle as the wireless technology the two use are different. I don’t own that device to test but I would expect the home, back, OK, and direction keys to work correctly. What exactly it would do, if anything with the rest of the buttons I have no clue.
