Never use apt-get upgrade from commandline. ALWAYS use apt-get dist-upgrade.

This is the problem Running apt-get upgrade will cause problems. It’s not the correct way to update OSMC. You need to use dist-upgrade. I’m unsure what changes may have been made. I’d recommend a fresh install and either updating via My OSMC or using dist-upgrade in the future. Sam
