Just a quick idea:
Your forum has surely been around for a while, and there are a lot of people here.
Maybe an OSMC TV app could be created/built for Android/iOS?
There is a free official kodi app which gives full control of all kodi functions
That wasn’t my intention or idea;
I meant an OSMC TV community app—
like this forum here, just as an app.
Just add shortcut to device acts kinda same
OSMC is a full OS, not an app – unfortunately this isn’t possible unless we can control the underlying hardware at the OS level.
Kodi is your closest bet as @Baradoc suggests.

Apologies, re-read this.
Maybe one day, but not today.

Maybe the Discourse Hub App provides what you are looking for.
Regarding to that, I was not able to find the OSMC community out of the box in the app or the discover site and it would be good to add it there as well to not have to add the URL manually.
