Greetings,

lately when i try to delete a file or a folder on my USB connected drives, I get “you require permission from Unix\root to make changes to this file”

I also get this when adding files via SMB from my Windows 11 machine. Is there a setting I need to change to prevent this?

First question would be what is the Filesystem you use on these USB drives?
