Have you configured the Overlay for the DAC?

Yes to Pi-DAC+
in services pulse services has stopped. could that be the reason?

Pulseaudio has been moved to be started differently. But Pulseaudio should not be influencing your PI-DAC. Maybe remove a2dp-osmc-app.
Also you dtoverlay config looks strange. Where did you get this? The two lines you have commented out should be the right ones.

After removing the a2dp-osmc-app, I can now select it in audio but no output from dac…

So how about the overlay?

Figured the cause, I have Raspberry Pi USV PiUSV+ UPS. WHEN that connected, i get not sound from DAC. With the ups removed, I get sound from dac.
the UPS has been stable until this issue
I want to use both but don’t know how get both stable…

Could it be a GPIO overlap?

I has to be, How do I correct it gpio overlap?
I believe the dac used pins between 1 to 11 but iI have no clue what GPIO the UPS uses
