Pi4 or stick with Pi3B

Hi,
I’m starting to upgrade by Pi3’s to Pi4’s and wondered if there will be any noticeable improvements for OSMC?
If i do it, 2GB or 4GB?

If you are to use Pi 4, 2GB is more than enough.
