Player debug information in Kodi original skin

Is it possible to get a player debug information in default Kodi Estuary on Vero 4K like in OSMC skin with menu key +OK while watching?

If it is not possible with original Vero RF remote, what are the other options (remotes, keyboard) to get player debug information in top left corner while watching on Estuary Kodi skin?

This might help… The normal keyboard shortcut for the player debug overlay is the o key.

You have to edit the file keymap.xml and map the playerdebug command to a remote button.

I had the same problem and mapped the command to the “i” button on the remote:

Map PlayerDebug to remote

Before Kodi 17, there was one command and that was CodecInfo. With Kodi 17 CodecInfo was retired and replaced by PlayerProcessInfo (CodecInfo still works but shows the same overlay as PlayerProcessInfo). The new PlayerProcessInfo has way less information then the old CodecInfo (aq/vq, bitrates, framedrop/skip). These numbers are now found in PlayerDebug.
