I got an email but no more, is there just no more news?

The manufacturer should receive the return next week and we will see if we have some luck. I was not able to resolve the issue myself.

Ive not mentioned that anywhere as i presume you dont want everyone going silly about it.

One quick question to make me sound dumb, how do i change my username? I made this one a while back and is a security risk for me.
