Hello,

The power plug of my Vero 4k+ (purchased in May 2021) no longer works.

I replaced it with power plug from a second Vero 4K+ and Vero 4K+ boots normally.

What is the duration of the warranty?

You can buy a replacement in the OSMC shop, see

Required specification: DC 5V, min. 2A, center positive, coaxial power connector male with OD 5.5mm and ID 2.1mm

Do not use a charger as a replacement for the original power supply, as these often do not have a stable voltage.
