I got my new vero2 device, and it crashed after about one hour, when I was tweaking settings, I smelled burnt in power supply. I have tested with my father’s power supply (he has vero2 too) and it works. Where should I contact for replacement?
The device shouldn’t smell burnt at all. We will need to get it back to look at as this sounds quite serious.
