Are There anythings news about bluetooth with the last release of osmc?

No, but it is still working for me as before.

This afternoon I have installed the last version of Osmc and in setting - Audio - audio output device There are

• ALSA: playback/recording through the PulseAudio sound server
• ALSA: bcm2835 ALSA, bcm2835 ALSA

which one should I choose for My bluetooth headphone?
Which Is the difference?

Im no guru, but, From your output… bluetoothd[254]: Unable to get io data for Headset Voice gateway: getpeername: Transport endpoint is not connected (107) I think its trying to handle the bluetooth connection in the HSP/HFP profile. I had a similar problem, discussed in the below.
